Furniture requirements are as follows:

2. Furniture must be resistant to temperature extremes, mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation. Changes in temperature in the garage often occur, as the garage door will open and close regularly;

Each material has its own weaknesses. Metal is the most durable, but it is susceptible to corrosion and weighs a lot. Wood is susceptible to mold. Plastic is not able to withstand heavy loads.

Everything that is used often should be in the quick access zone, for example, along one of the long walls of the garage. Within easy reach should be a car pump, a set of keys, a spare wheel and other equipment.

It is better if the most frequently used tools are located near the workbench, which is the main workplace.
